Is the rental exclusive?

Yes! All rentals provide exclusive access to the single-level, ground-floor of the resort.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Is there a minimum night stay?

No, guests are welcome to book a single-night stay, except for identified holidays.

What is the maximum occupancy?

Our standard capacity is 16 guests, with the option to host up to 18 guests for a small additional fee.

Can I bring pets?

Yes, we welcome up to a maximum of 2 pets. Pet policies apply. Pets may swim in the ocean, but are not allowed to swim in the pool.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking indoors. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.

Is there a caretaker or staff on site?

Yes, we have onsite staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out and to assist with your stay.

Can I use the kitchen?

Yes! The resort features a fully functional kitchen with appliances, utensils, and cooking wares—perfect for preparing meals for friends and family.

Can I use the second floor?

Second floor is not included in the rental, and is for the strict use of the owner and her representative.

Are extra events or parties allowed?

No special events are permitted unless approved by the owner.

What are the quiet hours?

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
